Meets the overall award criteria i.e. Good value, great service, innovative and enjoyable.
Customer strategy
- The initiative or project contributes to achieving the organisations chosen customer strategy – whether that be loyalty, customer satisfaction and delight, frequency or advocacy.
Business results
- Contribution to the success of the overall business will be a vital component in assessing any successful project or initiative. Results will typically be in visitor increase and profit generation whether through customer retention, frequency of visit, staff motivation and productivity or cost reduction.
Staff engagement
- Are staff involved, motivated, supportive, empowered and integral to implementation and success of the initiative.
Corporate and Social Responsibility
- The contribution that businesses make to their community has always played a vital part in determining business success and longevity. This can be through stakeholder engagement or by giving back to the community.
Originality and innovation
- Originality or innovation come in many forms and can be a major innovation or something small and original. A degree of originality when combined with a high standard in meeting the other criteria can distinguish a winner. If there is a significant level of innovation then the award should be considered for the innovation category.
